The Doritos/Sala/Bugles/Corn Chips are kinds of snacks made from corn powder,which are extruded, cut and then fried. The main raw materials are corn powder ,water, vegetable oil and salt. Although usually made of yellow corn (as pictured),they can also be made of white or chips which which are popular with both children and adult. Only by changing the moulds,shaping or cutting machine ,the shapes can be various,like sticks,square sheet rib chips,diamond chips,wavy chips,pillow shapes and bugles etc.The taste is savory and not greasy.

Mixing Machine

It has different models, according to the different output requirements of customers to match different models, type 1: 50kg/time type 2: 100kg/time type 3: 200kg/time.

The raw material is mixed with water or other liquid additives. It takes ten minutes for one batch. The highest is 100kg for one batch.

Fryer Machine
