Powder Mixing Machine

A device that mixes various raw materials into a certain amount of water or liquid additives to achieve full mixing after stirring.The parts of the powder mixer in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel.The discharge port adopts a brand-new handle open door structure design, which has a good sealing effect and avoids the leakage problem of the common powder mixer.

 

Single Screw Extruder Machine

It is composed of feed system, extrusion system, heating system, transmission system, rotary cutting system and control system. The raw materials are sterilized by high temperature and high pressure during the processing process to ensure the health and safety of the products.The main machine adopt frequency conversion speed control adapt different varieties and raw materials.

Cutting Machine

It used to cut the chew into the required length.The cutting knife can be adjusted by frequency conversion to cut out different bite lengths;With a protective shell to ensure the safety of operators; Equipped with calendering rollers to make the surface of the chews smooth and uniform, and the thickness is uniform.
